  14. Place the following files in the webfetch application directory :

  17.         INSTALL.TXT
  18.  
  19. Place the following files in the windows/system directory only if they
  20. are needed!. (i.e. they are not already there.) :
  21.         IPP20.VBX
  22.         THREED.VBX 
  23.  
  24. Additional files that you should have in your windows or windows\system 
  25. directory :
